- Consultation: tell us what kind of fur coat you want — by phone, on WhatsApp or Telegram, or in person at the atelier
- Choosing the karakul: we select the shade and quality of the pelts; the fur comes from Bukhara
- Measurements and silhouette: the piece is made to your measurements and preferences
- Handmade sewing: our craftspeople cut and sew the coat by hand, checking every seam
- Final inspection: we check the fit and finish down to the last detail, and you receive your coat in person or by delivery
